You can always use PAYPAL or telefax us the creditcard details. Order in confidence! Be reassured that every measure possible is being taken to secure your account information. All data is transmitted securely to the subwave server. Note that if your item is not available your account will not be charged.Caution : Think twice before placing an order. For orders which are processed already (all in stock watches) there's a $25 cancellation fee which covers the work for processing, CC legitimation and preparing the order.

Please note that ::subwave Internet is located in Switzerland and especially on sendings to EC countries, taxes (customs/VAT) can be added at the border. We cannot influence this, and will not write illegally lower invoices with the result of insufficent insurance.

Security: We've received already many transactions with automatic online CC processing. It works really fine. No-one can see your CC information. We get payment confirmation immediately. The validity of your card is checked over the cardholders name, number etc. and the full adress. So don't forget to indicate the exact adress you also have in the CC company - statements. Else the transaction might fail.
The money is payed out only after 30 days. Please understand that CCs are also charged immediately when a watch is only getting back in stock within a week.
Using Creditcards online is ABSOLUTELY SAFE like this - much safer than in a restaurant for instance. There, someone can copy your details (or the entire card) with no problem and is able to order (maybe much later) to a different adress ...Fraud prevention : For some orders from new customers we must ask further details (Bank, business-e-mail adress..). Thanks for your cooperation. Every 5th order we get is a fraud attempt. Fraud on the net is 95% on the 'customer' side and the victim is : The merchant who is not careful enough.

Watch Boxes: We have stopped sending watches in their leather boxes because most people do not need them. This of course saves cost and time for you. But on request we will send you the black or blue POLJOT collectorboxes- you only need to pay an additional $10 for shipping and expect some days more until arrival.

Leatherbands delivered with the watches are not strictly in relation with the watchmodels (as shown on pictures). We send those bands we have in stock and which fit the watchface best. If you want a special type or color of band please inquire first by e-mail (info at poljot.ch). Later exchange of a band will cost $20 extra.
Steelbands are connected to the ordered watch when not requested differently. Length can be adapted - every watchmaker can do this easily. An extra leatherband (included in the price of the watch) will only be sent upon request.

:: Post & Packing - Tracking

We send out our products by Registered Air Mail offered by Swiss Post International. We post bi-weekly on Tuesday and Thursday so as to insure prompt service. This method of delivery is included in the $20.00 post & packing fee.

For faster and less expensive shippings we send the less expensive watches in a special letter inlay box. If you want your watch in a POLJOT leatherbox please advise - expect some more days for shipping and set shipping cost to $30 on orderform. Chronos and ETA automatics are always sent in their boxes unless your advice.
